Raghavulu, the national joint general secretary of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), said that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) has been brought to protect Hindutva. He said on Sunday, 'There is nothing wrong with the CAA law of the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give citizenship to refugees. The CAA is brought in to protect Hindutva. Till now no government had made any amendment in the citizenship law. what's wrong with that?'
