Russia's top representative excused the US proposition to continue a discourse on atomic arms control, saying on Thursday that it's unthinkable while Washington offers military help to Ukraine.

Talking at a yearly news meeting, Sergey Lavrov blamed the West for fuelling worldwide security takes a chance by empowering Ukraine to increase strikes an on the Russian area and cautioned that Moscow will accomplish its objectives in the contention paying little heed to Western help for Kyiv.
