A meetings court here on Tuesday gave request to Prithvi Shaw on a supplication documented by web-based entertainment powerhouse Sapna Gill, testing requests of a justice regarding her objection against the cricketer. A metropolitan court in Andheri recently requested a police enquiry on Gill's supplication looking for a FIR against Shaw for supposedly attacking her at a bar. It had, be that as it may, dismissed one more supplication of Gill looking for activity against police for neglecting to enlist a body of evidence on her objection against Shaw and his companion. The social media influencer filed a review application with a sessions court in Malad here, dissatisfied with both orders. The request passed by the metropolitan officer on April 3 is unpredictable and unlawful and that court has "seriously blundered" in passing it, asserted Gill's audit application, documented through advocate Ali Kaashif Khan. On Tuesday, extra meetings judge D G Dhoble gave request to Shaw. The court likewise gave request to the air terminal police here, who didn't enlist a situation when Gill had first moved toward them. The matter will be next heard on June 6. Gill was captured in February 2023 alongside some others regarding an assault on Shaw following a contention over clicking selfies at a rural inn. She is now free on bail. Gill had made a complaint of molesting Shaw, his friend Ashish Yadav, and others at the airport police station in Andheri after Shaw was granted bail in the case. She later moved the judge court after the police didn't enlist a body of evidence against the cricketer. In her objection, Gill had looked for enrollment of a FIR under Indian Correctional Code segments 354 (attack), 509 (word, signal or act planned to affront the unobtrusiveness of a lady) and 324 (willfully causing hurt by perilous weapons or means) against Shaw and his companion Ashish Yadav for supposedly attacking her with a bat.
