SC allows Ayush doctors to prescribe drugs for Covid treatment but not advertise as cure

The Supreme Court on Tuesday said qualified Ayush doctors and homeopaths can prescribe government-approved tablets, mixtures as add-on drugs to conventional treatment for Covid positive patients, upholding the ministry's Mar 6 advisory. But the Top Court also said Ayush doctors cannot advertise anything as a cure, it added.
