According to the police, a FIR filed at the Sopore police station is connected to the property attachment.
A police spokesperson stated that the three had already been deemed proclaimed offenders by the court. "The action was executed under Sections 82 and 83 of the CrPC by Sopore Police in conjunction with revenue officials following necessary approval from the competent court," the spokesperson said.
"Building pressure on the absconding accused to appear before the court and face the law" is the stated goal of the attachment, according to the police.
The police stated that more investigation is being conducted and that this action represents yet another phase in their ongoing attempts to destroy the terror environment, maintain accountability, and protect national security.
An immovable property belonging to a terror handler has been attached, the police in Awantipora, South Kashmir, announced on Tuesday. According to a police spokeswoman, Awantipora police obtained an order pertaining to the attachment of terror handler Owais Feroze Mir's property located at Frestabal Pampore (Drangabal estate).
According to the police, revenue authorities, Pampore police, and local villagers carried out the order today. According to the spokesperson, the aforementioned terrorist was deemed a proclaimed offender by the special NIA Court in Pulwama and is connected to a case filed at the Pampore police station.
According to the authorities, Owais Feroze, a terrorist from Pakistan, is pushing weapons and ammunition into the country and igniting local terror networks in an effort to promote and rekindle terrorist activities.
