New Delhi, July 14, 2025: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Kavinder Gupta, has been appointed as the new Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.
His appointment came after Brigadier (Dr.) resigned. B.D. Mishra (Retd.), which has been accepted by the President of India.
In addition to Gupta, the President has appointed Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju as Governor of Goa and Professor Ashim Kumar Ghosh as Governor of Haryana.
