In the House of Elders, Opposition members sought to raise a number of concerns regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) procedure for updating Bihar's electoral rolls. Manickam Tagore, a Congress MP, moved a notice on the SIR in the Lok Sabha; however, the House adjourned within minutes.
